They then have to call tech support to fix this problem for them.Tech support says they have to protect their ware, but every other developer has learned to deal with this problem, except Ashampoo. Just a simple re installation will tell them that they need to buy a new subscription. The result is that for a lot of customers,especially the ones that have to reinstall their software on the same PC they bought for it's a big inconvenience. Instead, they ignore this and concentrate on their subscription selling model. ![]() Its a shame with this German developer-they still have not gotten the message: You should make your ware easy to install and manage for the buyer. A fairly good developer with useful ware that does not realize it has a problem.
